Prayers for Baby Angelica Voigt

Hello friends. It is with a very heavy heart and many tears that we are posting this event. We ask for prayers and support for our friend, Michael Voigt and his fiancée, Lisa Moran as they deal with the unimaginable burden of having to watch their baby girl slowly lose her life to an uncurable disease. She has been diagnosed with Werdnig Hoffmann disease, which is similar to ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease.
Mike recently posted a photo of Angelica with a caption, saying:
"She is as happy as can be with beauty to match and though it may not seem so, she is also not well.
It deeply saddens me to say that she has been diagnosed with Werdnig Hoffmann disease, and will not be with us much longer. This news is without a shadow of a doubt the worst Lisa and I could have ever imagined. We are going to use the time we have left to keep that wonderful smile on her face and take thousands of pictures.
We are blessed to have her in our lives and will enjoy every second we have with her until she joins the rest of our families departed watching over us."
For those of you who know Mike, he was always a class clown type guy, with a big smile on his face, a joke up his sleeve and a big heart for friends. He is also a Marine Veteran, serving multiple tours overseas for our freedom. He was always a giver, and we feel it is time to give back and show them they are not alone through this devastating time. Even if you don't know this family personally, please open your hearts to them. No amount is too small. And if you can't contribute financially- sending LOVE and support can go a long way as well.
We ask for your help to cover any expenses for the family such as: Medical bills, future relief, possible travel expenses, Toys/Clothing/Needs of their other two small children. And lastly any funeral/burial costs.

Update: 1/10/15- It is with immense sadness & heartache to say that baby Angelica has passed away this morning. God gained a gorgeous, precious little Angel. Please pray for Mike, Lisa and their family and friends and please keep this link going. We want to help and support them as much as possible. Please keep this amazing family in your prayers. Thank you everyone for all of your love and support!
