Prayers for the Turner Family

Hey everyone! I started this fundraiser to help a struggling family out. My friend, Monica, and her family have been struggling.  Physically, emotionally, and financially.  Monica has been struggling with physical problems, and unable to work, and most recently Sean, who was the only source of income for the family, suffered a heart attack. Please help this family as they try to catch up on past due bills, and keep up on new ones while they get back on their feet. If you can’t help financially, we completely understand, but please share, and /or send prayers for this beautiful family. Thank you in advance! Here is what Monica has to say about what has been happening:


I have been off of work since December 2017, due to degenerative disc disease in my lower back. We are treating it with physical therapy and water aerobics, and praying for a full recovery. If this does not help by the end of May, we are doing redoing my spinal surgery. I cannot walk most days and when I can I am highly medicated. Maintaining my house with two children has been very trying. My husband is my caretaker. From getting me dressed, to cooking dinner, and bath time. He recently lost his full time position as an electromechanical technician due to the high demands of my care. I have 6-9 doctor appointments/week. Waking up Sunday morning, and no Easter baskets for the children, and no dinner for mom to cook, sent my husband on a mission. He was persistent and adamant that he would return with money someway, somehow. By midnight I didn’t hear from him and I began to panic. Monday came and no word. Next thing you know it’s Wednesday and I get a call from Mercy Medical Center. My husband has had a mini heart attack. His blood pressure was 150/134 and things were in distress. The EKG came back abnormal again for the second time. More tests are being done, and he will hopefully be released soon with cardio follow up. Not only is he my caretaker , but he’s my soul mate and my best friend. My husband has catered to me for months now but in all honestly he’s catered to me for the last 11 years of our relationship. He is caring loving and supportive. He never once moaned or spoke under his breath, no matter how rude and in pain I was or when I asked him to rub my back for the millionth time he always did with a smile. He has brought me a hot cup of tea every morning for the last 11 years and said a daily prayer. I can’t think of life without him, not for one sec. I need you family and friends. I need your help and support. Now we have two adults raising two children with no direct income. We need the help desperately for our rent and everyday bills, co pays, and prescriptions. I know times are hard for all of us but every $1 helps. Anything you can do we would forever be grateful. I don’t want my husband to get out of the hospital worrying about bills when he should focus on his health and recovery. Please pray for us!
