Prayers for JT & Gallegos Family

At Monday's JV game one of our Rio Rancho players was injured and put in the hospital. JT will undergo surgery soon and his parents have and will miss work to be by his side. Not to mention hospital bills, meals, recovery time etc. Jason, JT’s father says “ This will financially hurt us but we would do anything for our kids. I appreciate your kind thoughts and works and or actions during this time. It warms my heart that there are so many good people out there sending prayers our way we are so blessed”.
Jason also known as coach Jason has coached and mentored Rio Rancho youth for many years and still commits his time doing so, even though his boys are in high school. He does it not just because he loves the game it but more importantly, he’s invested in teaching our boys and girls the importance of hard work, teamwork, discipline, and attitude. He has done so without asking for a single penny. Punisher, Storm, Ram, and football families, we ask you to step up, step outside the box and show the Gallegos family how much we love appreciate who they are and what they do and have done for our community. They need us and our help. This isn’t the family requesting help, it’s us the parents of young men that have played on teams with JT and we all know what a great young man and leader he is. He loves the game very much and as hard as it is for us to process this, we cant imagine what he is going through. Even if you can't donate, leave something to lift his spirits and help show your support.

For everyone wondering about his condition here is a statement from the family:
"JT is doing good and wants to thank everyone for keeping him in their thoughts and prayers. He has a long road ahead of him and will need the continued support for the months ahead. Due to a preexisting condition that was unknown until this injury, he will need to have surgery and unfortunately will not be able to continue playing but will be on the sideline with his brothers. Thank you to everyone for all of your support the Gallegos family really appreciates it and it has made us realize just how much JT is loved!"
