Prayers for Ezekiel

As many people know our newborn Ezekiel was admitted to the hospital on Dec 28,2017 being diagnosed at only 19 days old with bilateral pneumonia and very rapid breathing. After several tests were ran, Doctors found 2 holes in his heart as well as a heart murmur. Ezekiel has had very low platelets as well and have slowly increased then decreased and have been like that since being admitted. The final diagnosis for Ezekiel is he has a VSD (ventricular septal defect) & congestive heart failure. He is currently on 2 medications to help improve his condition but at this point the specialists are basically buying time for he can gain the proper weight to have an Open Heart Surgery. Ezekiel is stable right now but is tired a lot easier & overall he looks exhausted.

It’s been very difficult being here at the hospital mentally, physically, & emotionally. & now financially due to having to pay for constant parking, food, etc... we do have savings but savings only goes so far when we have household bills & other children to provide for and no income coming in due to Lalo not being back to work yet. It’s embarrassing to ask for help but anything will help along with your prayers.
GOD IS BIG & almighty & I know he has a bigger and greater plan for us. We continue to have great faith. We will keep everyone posted as we know anything updates.
