Dylan Adams is an amazing 11yr old boy who lives in Hartsville, SC.  He enjoys playing baseball and football and is one of the most respectful young men one will ever meet.  His family is heavily involved with his sports activities as his father (Mike Adams) coaches the baseball and football teams that Dylan plays on winning multiple championships for both activities utilizing Dylan’s superb athletic talents.  The doctors have found a tumor in his abdomen. He will require 8-12 months of chemo treatments.  These funds will be used to help offset the expensive cost of these necessary treatments and tests.  Please show your love and help us lift up this wonderful kid and family in need with your generosity and prayer!
