<div>Today is our sweet boy’s brain-surgery day at BluePearl Overland Park. Just a week ago, Mousse—a goofy, kid-loving, dog-and-cat-friendly 4-year-old boxer mix—was thriving in his foster home. Then the seizures began.

<div>An MRI found a mass that extends into his nasal cavity, with a mucus sac pressing against it, likely triggering the seizures. Today’s plan is advanced imaging to guide a craniotomy/craniectomy to relieve pressure and remove what they safely can. Two surgeons are on deck.

<div>The estimate for surgery and ICU care is up to $13,648.52, so we’re setting a round goal of $14,000 to cover surgery and immediate recovery needs.
