Mary Jane Melad Petalver, known to her close friends and family as “Jane” is a loving wife to me and caring mother to our only son AJ.
On 7 Feb 2018, she was rushed to the hospital due to shortness of breath, and the doctor’s preliminary diagnosis was due to pulmonary embolism on her right lung.
After further tests, she was diagnosed for having adenocarcinoma of lung with metastasis to the bone and brain (lung cancer stage 4).
She was discharged on 22 Feb but after 2 days, she was rushed back to the hospital for labored breathing.
Since then, she’s been in the ICU for intubation and life support until now.
