Pray For Kenzie

On Saturday January 27, Kenzie suffered a cardiac arrest from her heart going into ventricular fibrillation. She was unconscious for approximately 20 minutes before the paramedics were able to get her heart beating again. They transported her to Gates Vascular where she was put into a medically induced coma. They put her body into a hypothermic state to help give her organs and brain time to heal. She has suffered slight inflammation of her brain and mild anoxia from a lack of oxygen while she was unconscious.
Kenzie is a vivacious, young, happy spirited 18 year old girl. She is a freshman at JCC in Jamestown where she is studying to become a physical therapist.
While in the hospital, she and her family are 1.5 hours from home. They have been staying in a hotel across from the hospital and as you can imagine financial costs are mounting.
Kenzie has a long road ahead of her and any help will be truly appreciated by her family.
