Pray for Jayson Borland

Donation protected
On Christmas Eve our family was given some devasting news. My nephew - in-law was not feeling well and after visiting the hospital a large tumor was found in his chest. Jayson was told to go home and spend Christmas with his family. The day after Christmas he was immediately admitted into Aultman hospital and later that evening was taken to the Cleveland Clinic. After many tests the worst news came. Jay was diagnosed with "Germ Cell Non Semonious Testicular Cancer". This form of cancer can show up in different parts of the body and with Jay, it showed up in his chest. The tumor is so large they could not operate because the tumor is pushing on his lungs and heart. The doctor's decided on an aggressive Chemo treatment. Jay went through 5 days straight of Chemo for 11 hours a day. Jay was released after the 5th day but was told that he will need 3 more series of Chemo just like the first. Unfortunately, each time he has his treatments he will have to be admitted back into the Cleveland Clinic. My niece Sarah (Busch) Borland has been by his side 24/7, since day 1. For those of you that know Jay and Sarah know what a wonderful couple they are. They have been together 15 years and married for 12 years and share a beautiful daughter, 5 year old Laynee. They are a hard working couple who is always there when someone needs there help. I started this account for them because my heart breaks for what they are going through and I wanted to do something to help. While Jay was at the Cleveland Clinic, Sarah was staying in a Hotel near the hospital and the cost was outrageous. Sarah has since received a voucher to drop the cost down to $99.00 a night plus $20.00 a day to park. Sarah is looking at a minimum of 24 more nights in the hotel which is a large expense since neither she or Jay is working right now. As of now we are not expecting Jay to even possibly be able to return to work until April if all goes well. Once Jay has completed his Chemo he may need surgery to remove the residual mass. As many of you know medical bills can rack up quickly, Jay's ambulance bill alone is over $2000.00. Sarah has talked with individuals at the Cleveland Clinic to see if she would possibly be a contender for their Hope House but that is based on availability. I can only ask for those of you reading this to please consider helping this family. If you are unable to make even a small donation, then please share this on your Facebook page for all to see. Jay and Sarah are a young loving couple who have so much love to give. I can only hope this page sends them the much needed love and prayers right back......thank you for taking the time to read their story.
