My Mom’s brain injury recovery
Hi, I’m Keisha. My mom was involved in a crash on February 25th, her name is Dorothy. Earlier that day she came over to my house to spend some time with her grandchildren for her birthday.
Unfortunately the night took a devastating turn when a distracted driver drove into my mom causing her to fly and hit the ground.
My mom was taken unconscious to the ER in critical condition where she stayed in the neuro ICU fighting for her life.
After weeks of uncertainty, we are grateful to say that she will be pulling through and starting her outpatient rehab for her brain injury, multiple bone fractures, and other aliments caused by the crash in the next couple of weeks.
My family and I are raising funds to help support my mom through this unprecedent time and wish that everyone continue to pray through her extensive and hard recovery to come. Anything helps.
