Pray for Daniel Simpson

Donation protected
Daniel was diagnosed with an astrocytoma brain tumor in 2009 and underwent proton therapy and chemo. For 7 years he went into remission. In early 2016 the doctors were noticing some changes and on May 10, 2016 the doctors informed him he needed to undergo brain surgery for a recurrence. The next morning his wife , Crystal Simpson, passed away unexpectedly. Within a month their oldest son graduated high school and Daniel had brain surgery.

From May of 2016 Daniel has undergone 15 different cycles of multiple kinds of chemo but the tumor has continued to grow. The doctors cannot explain how Daniel is able to walk, talk, and see but we know it's from God's saving grace. As the tumor has progressed and his symptoms have worsened he will be unable to return to work. Crystal and Daniel's youngest son Isaac is a Junior in high school playing football and wrestling for Pierce County. Their oldest son Zack is in school to be a welder. Numerous nephews, nieces, and friends have all found refuge in Daniel and Crystal's home as they parented many children who had difficult home lives. Some of them are grown, some are still growing, but they all have lessons emblazoned on their hearts about the dedication and generosity and love one person can do for another.

Cancer treatment is not easy on the emotions, body, family, or budget.  Daniel will be going without a steady paycheck until March of 2018. Bills, Christmas, and life necessities for his family still require attention. Many people have asked how they can help so we decided to create this page. If you would like to help financially, by bringing a meal, coming to spend time with the family, or just keeping up with his story it would mean everything to them. God is good and HE provides more and more for us every day. He makes plan to prosper and not harm us and we declare healing and hope for Daniel's entire family.
