He was wearing a helmet but has suffered a broken upper and lower jaw, multiple fractures to the face, cheeks, and eye sockets, fractured T3, as well received a traumatic brain injury and has DAI. He had surgery Friday morning to repair the broken jaws and eye socket and is still in ICU.

<div>Apparently, DAI can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to recover from, and until then, he won't be able to work or get back to a normal life. He <strong>does not </strong>have health insurance, so any support is appreciated.
