Help a family in need

On Thursday, January 4th two of my Comeaux High School Basketball teammates survived a devastating fire.  The fire destroyed Jaelon Lagard’s home.  Jaelon is a senior along with Ferontay Banks who lives with Jaelon. The fire started in Jaelon’s room while the boys were sleeping and Ferontay woke up and was able to wake up the boys in the room.  The boys were able to get Jaelon’s parents and the rest of the family out of the house without injury. Unfortunately all of Jaelon’s and Ferontay’s belongings were lost to the fire along with much of the household items. The family lost so much that is irreplaceable.   Although so much was lost I as well as the rest of the team are so thankful to God for sparing our teamates and their family.  Please make a donation to help this family get back on their feet.
