Medical Mission to Zambia

Hello! Thank you for visiting this page! This summer, I am hoping to be able to spend some time in Livingstone, Zambia. GoEco is the wonderful organization that I will be volunteering with as we provide basic medical care to a community in need. This will include assistance in clinics as well as home-based care, and HIV/AIDS prevention information being presented in a number of ways. I not only hope to learn a lot about medicine as a pre-medical student, but I will be able to be a part of something much bigger than myself and bless others as you all have blessed me.
Any money that I receive for this trip will go directly towards plane tickets and accommodations in Zambia, nothing luxurious. :) The first half of the funds is unfortunately due as soon as April 7th, and I will need to find the rest of the money soon after.
I am working as much as I can to be able to put some of my own money towards this trip, but I cannot do it all on my own due to a hefty school schedule and extracurricular activities needed for medical school.
Southern Africa is a special place to me and I cannot wait to go back. If this is something you feel led to give towards, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and you can feel certain that your money will not be wasted! God bless!
