URGENT! PPE for Students & Teachers

Many schools across the nation are reopening for face-to-face classes. While teachers are anxious about this inevitable reality, they are also concerned about the well-being of their beloved students. As some schools reopen, classrooms will be reconfigured & sanitized, many schools are providing only minimal PPE for their teachers and their students, and some are requiring teachers and families to foot yet another bill to purchase these now expensive items on their own.

As most people know, teachers are vastly underpaid and already spend a great deal of money on supplies to make their classrooms comfortable and their lessons interesting and fun. We cannot allow them to be stricken with another financial burden by providing life-saving personal protection equipment for themselves and their students.

Altitudes365, a teacher & parent friendly group formulated on Twitter has come up with a solution, but we desperately need your help.

OUR PLAN: To fund and create PPE kits for classrooms across the country. Each kit will contain 25 youth face-shields, 25 personal bottles of hand sanitizer, and a minimum of 300 disposable face-masks. These kits will be packed & distributed by volunteers and provided to teachers in need. The kits will be provided on a basis of need, and teachers must submit proof that their respective school has not already provided the items in the kits, or that they have been under-supplied. 

YOUR DONATION:  With the exception of the Go Fund Me deduction, 100%...YES...EVERY DIME will be used directly on this project. Including shipping, only 1000 of these kits can cost nearly $300,000, so we are also working with manufacturers and retailers seeking donations of PPE, as well as discounts on PPE so that we can provide as many kits to as many classes possible, with the funds that are raised.
