PPE by NYU/Bellevue Emergency Room Providers

Hi there! We are an informal group of Emergency Medicine Resident Physicians at Bellevue and NYU Langone Hospital in New York. Hospitals in NYC are seeing hundreds of COVID cases every day.
Currently, one of the biggest problems we face is the lack of sufficient personal protective equipment (PPE) - N95 masks, gowns, and face shields available for our use in the emergency rooms and ICUs. We currently have to reuse masks for multiple patients, well beyond standard safe use practices. Several members of our team have already contracted COVID.
We are fundraising to get the PPE necessary to help protect medical staff in our Emergency and ICU units, so that we can continue to treat patients, while keeping ourselves and our patients safe. These will be shared at will with nurses, physicians, PAs, among others for their personal use.
The funding goal that we have set could potentially get us through the next few weeks.
We realize this is a difficult time for many people right now, and appreciate any support you can provide, whether a donation if you are able, or even just a share with your own community to help us reach others. Any help you can offer, would be much, much appreciated.
