Alms for a foolish widow

I am in a state of emergency. I hadn’t worked since January, and I was so excited to get the job I am now training for.   All of my bills are backed up, and I make payments as I can.  Even though I applied for fuel assistance, those monies were not applied yet, and my electricity was disconnected on May 16, 2018. I was really hoping to make it to my first paycheck to pay them back, but I blew it. They will not come out to reconnect the power unless I give them $1806.73. I am running thin on hope. So if you feel so led, any amount would be helpful and gratefully accepted. And if not, I covet your prayers. Thanks and God bless you.

I have already exhausted every recourse. My car hasn’t run since January so I walk 2.1 miles each way. We eat once a day if we are lucky. There’s not a whole lot more I can do. I feel like I have officially failed at life, and I want to take my ball and go home now please.
