<div>Unfortunately our Small Mining Town of Globe, Arizona was hit by a catastrophic Flash Flood Friday, September 26th. Waters swept down our main highway and our Historic Downtown District taking out buildings and vehicles with the rushing waters. Leaving small businesses damaged, lives lost and hearts broken. Due to the nature of the event it is leaving Power Elite Dance Academy and our neighbors struggling to rebuild due to the cost of the damages. This dance studio is everything to many of our towns young girls and boys, a place for them to escape and learn to show their emotions through their love of dance. This studio has been teaching students in Tina’s family for the last 55 years! All of our students are heartbroken that the building they love is gone and that is what hurts the most.

<div>Tina states: “I can’t let this hold me down, our community of kids need the Performing Arts more than anything! It’s a way of life for some, a way to focus on good and keep those goals and dreams building. I will do all I can with what I have and what anyone can help me do to ensure our community of children’s future for Globe, Miami, San Carlos, Kearny and Superior!!!”
