Potato's Kidney Treatment

My cat, Potato, is only 15 months old. He recently contracted a UTI, which soon caused acute kidney failure. He's currently hospitalized, and isn't doing very well. In fact, at the time of writing, he's actually doing worse. He may need kidney dialysis, or even a kidney transplant. My family needs to make a decision within the next couple of days. He's missed by my mother, my 10 year old brother, his older brother and sister, Pheobe the dog and Chip the cat, and I. We all want him to be able to come home safely, but we don't have enough money to pay his hospital bills, and definitely not enough for a dialysis.
