"D" Recovery Fund

Dimitri "D" Postolu has been part of the fabric of the Salt Creek Grille community since opening our doors in 1996. A loving husband to Shawna and father of two great teens, D is not only a great restaurant manager but a member of our family.
He has made Salt Creek Grille feel like a second home to countless customers and now it is our turn to help. Dimitri had a benign tumor removed from his pituitary gland. He will need additional surgeries and has a long road ahead to recovery before he is back with us... better than ever! All proceeds will directly be donated to benefit he & his family.
