post surgery equipment not covered by VA

Just started a great cleaning job too. So there are some post surgery supplies and equipment that I need to take home (this neck brace for example) that the VA nor Tricare cover somehow. I won't be able to earn any wages till I recover. I'm willing to pay you back if need be but I really need to get this stuff before I leave the hospital tomorrow. Some of the things I need include: this specific  Neckbrace, a safety kit from down stairs that allows you to grab things safely, a railing for the bed,a shower chair, a body pillow and a few other pillows, a foam wedge, prescription co-pays,a Uber ride back to the airport tomorrow, tylanol, ibuprofen, CALM (to prevent spasms) and I still have car insurance to pay this month. Any help would be tremendously appreciated. I think I can get reimbursed by the VA but this will probably take 3 months.
