Post pregnancy dental work for Autumn

My name is Sean Rowin and I am currently serving in the United States Army. My wonderful wife Autumn is in need of some dental work as a result of bone density loss from pregnancy, namely crowns,, and the dental insurance through the military will not cover the cost. Any help we can get would be greatly appreciated.
