Two years ago in July I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis a terminal respiratory disease for which there is no cure. I'm on Oxygen 247 since September 2016.
My condition has progressively worsened and on March 2017 the capacity of oxygen in my lungs declined rapidaly .In an effort to extend my life my pulmonologist at UCLA recommended chemotherapy and weight loss to consider me for a single lung transplant. This is the only hope I have to live according with Doctor's opinion.
My husband and I are both disables. We are able to pay pay private medical insurance, we have to pay deductibles, premiums, co-pays, mmmeds. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover vital things like transportation (gas) for the frequent trips to UCLA, nor mandatory housing near the hospital after the transplant surgery.
Is with a heavy heart that we ask for your financial support to fundraise money for the cost of transportation to UCLA and housing near the hospital after transplant and some medical expenses, We need at least approximately $ 12,000.
My hope is with the Lord's help and your support we can get beyond this trial in my life.
