Support the American Legion Post 40
Many non-profit clubs, groups, small businesses, and companies are shutdown currently due to COVID-19. We understand its a difficult time for many, including Post 40. Being shutdown is causing a huge financial impact on many. Were asking all members, family of members or anyone in the public who is able to donate to Post 40.
No amount is too small, All funds raised will go directly to the monthly financial obligations were occurring during this shutdown. When were able to open the doors again, our goal is to operate not having a hardship due to this shutdown. Thank you to all who are able to assist our Post during this hardship. donations are being requested via Facebook to comply with the Governor's request and not have our members go out unless absolutely necessary.
Why are we raising money...
Being able to continue to serve God, Country, and Community is our goal, with a mission to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our Country, friends and families.
How donations will be used...
To assist with the financial obligations occurred during the Shutdown of our Post. All funds will be recorded, and a ledger will be available to view in our General Membership meeting for accountability, once we resume normal business operations.
Post 40 Management would like to thank all our Members, families and community for always supporting the post. We know we have some employees who are being affected due to this shutdown, remember were here for you and your family, reach out if necessary.
Together we will strive to not let this crisis define us nor defeat us. Now is the time we ask for everyone to come together.
This fundraiser (Donation Request) has been approved by the Post CDR, who will ensure all funds are properly accounted for.
