The Porus Past Students Association (PPSA) Scholarship Program is committed to provide financial assistant to talented and gifted students from the communities of Porus.
There are 21 students who, along with their parents, were interviewed by PPSA in July where they outlined their ambitions and goals and showed us how their financial needs are greatly derailing their educational pursuits. These children are smart, energetic, highly motivated and rearing to go but are faced with this hugh obstacle.
PPSA intends to assist all 21 to get closer to their dreams by providing scholarships and grants as needed. We will monitor and guide these students via a mentoring program and a community service requirement that will give them a good chance for a better outcome.
Your donations, no matter how small, will surely go a long way in making a difference in the lives of these children.
