Portillo Family Reunion 2019 Oregon

Hello Family,
This account was set up to help fund The 2019 Portillo Family Renunion taking place on July 19, 2019 in Grants Pass, Oregon.
The reason we chose Oregon for our next gathering is because our Aunt Barbara has not been able to make the last two reunions. Gathering in Oregon will not only make it easy for Aunt Barbara to attend but will provide the space our large family needs in order to have a great time together and will also provide a beautiful setting.
As a committe we agreed that Cascade Mountain Ranch in Grants Pass, Oregon would be the perfect location to host our family reunion. The funds will be used to secure the 50 acre ranch with two houses, mess hall , game room and so much more. Close by are group river floats and kayaks rentals that we can all enjoy so remember the more we raise the more fun we can have.
In order to have our reunion at this location we agreed that we would need the minimum $4,000 or $500 per family. In reality $5,000 would be a better number so that we can easily cover the rental of the property and stock the refigerators in houses and hall for family breakfast's and bbq's.
In order to provide this location each family will need to pitch in minium $500 ($600 would be better)and if your're ina position to pitch in more we can use the extra funding and $600 would be a better target.
To secure the location and date we need to put a deposit down. The deposit will be $2,000 which would be nice to raise ASAP in order to secure and guarantee our spot. We're hoping to have the $2,000 raised before January 1, 2018 so we can book our spot ASAP.
I hope we can all come together as family to make this happen so we can all enjoy a full weekend to reunite and party together.
