Hello kind friends!
My sweet Elijah's father, Brian Porter, was recently in a bad motorcycle accident resulting in broken ribs, broken scapula, broken spine, a collapsed lung, and a ruptured spleen. He has had several surgeries to save his spleen and to stop internal bleeding around his broken spine. It will be a long road to recovery for Brian and after he is realeased he will likely be unable to return to work for a while.
For those who don't know the Porter family, they are an incredibly caring and generous family who brighten the lives of those they surround. They have always gone above and beyond for me, as I am sure they have done for many of you who have been blessed by their presence in your life. Now I want to return this kindness in their time of need by lifting (at least some of) the financial burden this accident has placed on the Porter Family. Your generous donations will be given directly to Brian and his family to pay for expensive medical bills and a long absence from work.
With this support my hope is that the Porter Family can focus on Brian and healing together as a family. If you find it in your heart to contribute to this amazing family, any amount would be greatly appreciated! Even if you cannot contribute you financially I would love for all of you to join me in praying for a fast recovery for Brian and to bring peace to the entire family during this hard time.
