Portable oxygen funding

I’m starting this Go fund me for a friend who suffers from  CHF it’s a heart disorder which causes several difficulties with her breathing. The portable tanks don’t always work well for her and the portable one with help her to be more productive in life as well stability when needed to go places and not worry about running out . She would appreciate any help that could be given as well as sharing this as she is on a limited income and these are not covered by insurance and Medicare.
