Oxygen Concentrator for Joel

My good friend Joel was diagnosed a few years ago with Sarcoidosis. A condition that creates non-cancerous growths in soft tissue. This condition has attacked his lungs and makes it very difficult for Joel to breathe. Over the past year it has gotten worse. A few months ago he was rushed to the hospital because he couldn't breathe, and is now on constant oxygen for the rest of his life. Adding insult to injury, the day after Joel returned home from the hospital he and 11 of his coworker's jobs were eliminated without warning. Joel spends a lot of time at home tethered to an oxygen concentrator via a 45 foot hose. If he goes out anywhere he must take an oxygen bottle which only lasts a maximum of 6 hours.

The purpose of this Go Fund Me page is to raise funds to get Joel a used portable oxygen concentrator so he can at least regain his freedom.
