Pony Needs Emergency Surgery!

Hi, it’s Safari and our Pony is in trouble. This is life or death. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for this tragedy and it turns out when it rains it pours. Pony needs emergency surgery or they will have to put him to sleep. We don’t know how, but he has eaten a foreign object. He’s been throwing up and now he won’t eat. We found big round black foreign objects in his vomit and the vet said she believes he ate a Tonka toy (vomited up the wheels). This is new to us as Pony is pretty well behaved and has never eaten anything but his toys. However, if you give it to him he believes it’s his toy and he may eat it. So we believe one of the kids here from Thanksgiving may have given him one.

Now, Pony needs surgery to remove the foreign object. They want to operate immediately but we are currently trying to find a vet to do it. Due to the urgency the surgery will run us anywhere from $5000 to $8000. I don’t want to put my baby down and want to help our Pony fight. Hubby is totally against GoFundMe but I’m asking because every little bit helps. I just can’t think about putting him to sleep.
