Polly's Surgery

On the evening of Sunday February 25th, whilst on our way to visit a neighbors house, Polly was hit by a fast moving vehicle. We rushed Polly to the closest emergency 24hr Vet who confirmed broken Radius and Ulna bones in her front right leg. Polly also suffered from some bad wounds to her abdomen and legs. Thankfully she is alive and resting all things considered.
Polly loves running on the beach and playing fetch with her tennis ball. Hopefully after her surgery tomorrow, Polly will be back on the beach playing in the ocean within in a few months. However, this is going to be a long road to recovery. Polly is 7 years old, and i have had her since she was a puppy. Polly is my closet family. She is very sweet around other people, as those who have been around Polly can attest to this.
Over $1000 has already been spend on pre-operation fees including; x-rays, medication, blood-work and general wound care etc. However, Polly's leg is severely broken and requires immediate surgery. Polly is having surgery tomorrow at 7am on Tuesday February 27th in Melbourne, FL. The costs associated with this surgery are between $4000-$5000. I do not have anywhere near close to the savings to be able to pay for this, as i usually break even each month. In addition to applying for regular credit cards, which have been denied; I have applied for care credit (medical finance assistance) and only been approved for a maximum of $500.
