Political paperwork prisoners

We entered into Costa Rica via Panama on 5/22/2018. Upon arrival, we spoke with an Official in the Aduanas office (car import office) who stated our TIP ( Temp. import Permit) was suspended, not terminated from when we exited Costa Rica to enter Panama. He informed us we would be able to enter back into the country, legally. We paid $50 USD to re- instate our permit and was sent on our way. After going through two security checkpoints, we were sent on our way. On 5/25 we went to leave Costa Rica heading to Nicaragua and here’s when the problem occurred.

They have been living in theirRV on impound lot for the past 19 days.  Brooke is a diabetic with heart problems and pregnant. When they return home they will not have a home, a car, clothing or any items for their toddler.  Also medical supplies will be needed for Brooke.
