POISONED, almost died, about to lose everything

Hello, I have nothing else to lose and now I come to the community asking for help.
I, unfortunately, was not aware I was poisoned with an unknown substance in December 2019 after attending a Christmas gathering. When I made it home my wife noticed something was wrong but she didn't know what was the matter. I was walking from side to side and could not keep my balance walking into walls and furniture. I was breathing heavily and my heart was beating through my chest, and when I peed it was very painful and bloody. I continued to vomit about  5 times and finally, she convinced me I needed to get emergency medical treatment. Finally, I arrive at the emergency department and they run different tests and told me I had a small stroke. However, hours later a doctor tells me the stroke is so small and insubstantial to my symptoms. I had every MRI, CT, X-ray done to help diagnose my problem. I have now been admitted for a week now and I have not recovered. Cardiology, neurology, and endocrinology have all been consulted and my diagnosis is still in question. Nephrology later shows up and I have a kidney biopsy done. Almost a week later the results are finalized and my family is informed I was poisoned by a "synthetic substance", the doctors do not know what it is making treatment more difficult.
My hospitalization gets worse. About 3 weeks into my hospitalization I lose my ability to walk and my strength is gone. I have been moved from the Progressive Care Unit to the ICU back and forth throughout my stay. One evening a patient care assistant came in to take my vitals signs and did not report the critical lab values to the nurse. My oxygen was in the 50% and I do not know much but I was told that was bad. When my family came back they noticed my lips were purplish-blue and I was not too responsive. After my son ran outside to let the nurses know a swarm of people came in and again I was sent back to the ICU on a ventilator. At this time I am unable to walk and everything I drink or eat is "burning" me, even the ice cream and ice water I was given. Doctors came in day in and out and still have not been able to resolve my problem. Only to make matters worse, my kidneys are failing and I am given two options dialysis or get a kidney transplant. At this point, I have been in the hospital a month now and I am depressed and do not feel there is any reason to continue fighting. I have been laying in the hospital bed with no appetite, in pain, no energy, incontinent, and constipated for almost three weeks after getting enemas and laxatives for the past 14 days.
I did not want to continue burdening my family. Doctors told me that I am lucky if I live another 6 months. My family would not let me give up and they were there by my side every day for the 3 months I was in the hospital. I did dialysis 3-4 times a week dependent on how my body reacted and when I was medically stable I was discharged home to continue dialysis outpatient and physical and occupational therapy.
I have not worked since the end of December 2019 from being hospitalized and I come here to gofundme to ask for help. I have been slammed with outstanding hospital and provider bills with no help. I have exhausted all my savings to pay for all the bills I was able to pay. I am lucky I have a family friend allow me to stay in their home for the last two months. Now I am receiving numerous letters from the collections agency and I do not know what to do. I have not only lost who I am as a person but everything I have worked so hard to earn the last thirty years of my life. If anyone knows of any organization or where I can get financial help for my medical bills, anything, please let me know.
