poc looking for housing getting evicted

hi my name is diallo jones. i'm a  queer poc  college student at nc state for architecture and design. im a huge fan of all kinds of music. but my fav artist currently are king krule, kate bush, sun ra and yves tumor.  i moved to Raleigh for college back in November and was staying with my aunt sleeping on her couch. I worked two jobs(starbucks and publix) to save up enough money for a car and to move out of my aunts place. a friend of mine that i met on tinder told me she was looking for a roommate and was looking for a place also. . she eventually found a place that was outside of my budget but her dad was paying for her rent and said he would take care of the utilities. we got approved for the place and moved in june. Anyway, things took a turn for the worse when our neighbours below us kept complaining that my roommate was overwatering her plants and kept spilling cigarette ashtray on their chairs and rugs.

After complaining to her 3 times they went to our landlord and he told us if we did it again. we would reach a violation.
my roommate ignored our landlords' demands and kept on doing it. so we eventually got 3 violations. our landlord said that he would give us one more chance and we would have to pay $50 to pay for our neighbours damages. my roommate became furious and called our landlord and cussed him out. he called us back saying he has enough evidence to evict us and he will proceed by the end of next week.  i tried to convince my roommate to apologize and explain to them that i couldn't afford to find a new place and pay another deposit/lease in this short amount of time. but sadly they didnt care. they already contacted their dad and he would just get them another place. i'm currently staying with friends temporary until i can make my next move. but would appreciate any help i can get for my next place! uwu
