Con la nostra associazione in questi anni abbiamo salvato tanti cani ed aiutato altrettante famiglie a trovare il proprio angelo a 4 zampe.
Purtroppo presto dovremo abbandonare il luogo che finora è stata la casa dei nostri pelosetti: questo ci mette con le spalle al muro e rischia di far crollare tutto ciò che abbiamo costruito con sacrificio, amore e determinazione.
Non possiamo permettere che accada, per questo abbiamo deciso di trasformare questa emergenza in un’opportunità.
Vogliamo spostarci in una nuova location e, con l’esperienza che abbiamo costruito negli anni, realizzare un vero e proprio rifugio modello, dove non solo potremo accogliere ancora più cani offrendo loro condizioni di vita dignitose, ma vogliamo creare un polo di riferimento per la comunità, dove l’amore per gli animali diventa motore di cambiamento culturale e sociale.
Ma i costi per la costruzione del nuovo rifugio sono particolarmente elevati.
Per riuscire a coprire almeno parte delle spese, ci siamo posti l'obiettivo di raccogliere la somma di 50.000 €, ma ogni contributo, anche piccolo, sarà prezioso e ci aiuterà concretamente ad avvicinarci alla realizzazione del nostro sogno.
❤️ Angeli a 4 Zampe, dove Amore e Resilienza sono le uniche regole
Angeli a 4 Zampe ODV nasce con l’obiettivo di aiutare tutti quei cani che, nel silenzio, subiscono violenze, abbandono, fame e sofferenza, troppo spesso causati dall’ignoranza e dalla crudeltà umana.
Siamo una piccola associazione ma con un cuore grande e una missione chiara: salvare queste anime indifese e restituirgli la dignità che meritano.
La nostra realtà è diversa dal canile tradizionale: non chiudiamo i nostri ospiti in gabbie fredde e buie, li accogliamo in spazi verdi, ampi e stimolanti, dove possono tornare a fidarsi del mondo.
Ogni cane che accogliamo racconta una storia di abusi e resilienza, il nostro compito non finisce nel momento in cui li mettiamo al sicuro, inizia lì: con le cure, la rieducazione, la socializzazione, nel rispetto dei loro tempi.
Li accogliamo e, quando sono pronti, cerchiamo per loro famiglie che li amino per sempre.
Perché adottare un cane che ha sofferto non significa solo salvare una vita, significa anche arricchire profondamente la propria, perché prendersi cura di un anima che ha sofferto ci trasforma profondamente, il suo amore incondizionato ci spinge a diventare la versione più vera e luminosa di noi stessi.
Cani salvati da tutta Italia (e oltre)
Da diversi anni ci occupiamo di salvare cani da tutta Italia, in particolare dal Sud, dove la situazione è drammatica, e anche dall’Albania, dove abbandoni, avvelenamenti e maltrattamenti sono una piaga quotidiana.
Ogni cane che accogliamo ha alle spalle sofferenze indicibili, arrivano da noi con storie tremende: lasciati giorni senza riparo legati alla catena, pestati, con mutilazioni, gettati nei cassonetti o abbandonati in condizioni critiche nei campi senza acqua né cibo.
Nel nostro rifugio i cani vivono all’aria aperta, in spazi verdi, in un contesto più vicino possibile a quello familiare.
Perché non basta tenerli in vita, bisogna restituire loro la tranquillità, la fiducia e la gioia che hanno perso.
Un sogno su 6000 mq per ricominciare
Il nuovo rifugio sorgerà sempre a Varese, su un terreno di oltre 6000 mq: uno spazio ampio, immerso nel verde, che ci permetterà di mettere finalmente in pratica ciò che sognavamo da tempo.
Ecco cosa realizzeremo:
Recinti attrezzati e sicuri, dove ogni cane potrà vivere in libertà, socializzare e muoversi senza costrizioni.
Un’infermeria interna, attrezzata per gestire emergenze, offrire cure immediate e garantire ricovero temporaneo ai cani più fragili o in condizioni critiche.
Aree di sgambo con percorsi di agility, per aiutare i cani a ritrovare equilibrio, sicurezza e benessere psicofisico.
Un’area accoglienza, per ricevere visitatori, volontari, famiglie adottive e per organizzare eventi di sensibilizzazione, giornate aperte e momenti di formazione.
Uno spazio dedicato al recupero comportamentale, dove mettere a disposizione della comunità la nostra esperienza nel trattare casi complessi: cani fobici, traumatizzati, aggressivi, che troppo spesso vengono esclusi o soppressi altrove.
La sede della nostra associazione, punto di coordinamento per volontari e direttivo, dove affrontare problematiche quotidiane e questioni importanti, pianificare attività ed eventi.
Vogliamo che questo rifugio sia un luogo vivo, utile, aperto a chi ama davvero gli animali e voglia imparare a comprenderli e rispettarli.
⚠️ Il rischio è reale: senza aiuto, chiudiamo
Il nuovo rifugio rappresenta un investimento enorme, e noi, come piccola associazione, non possiamo affrontarlo da soli.
Ogni giorno dobbiamo far fronte a spese mediche, farmaci, cibo, interventi chirurgici, sterilizzazioni, trasporti, e molto altro. Eppure non ci siamo mai tirati indietro davanti a una richiesta d’aiuto.
Ma stavolta, senza il supporto dei donatori, saremo costretti a chiudere l’associazione.
Tutti i nostri cani che ospitiamo verrebbero affidati ai canili comunali, finirebbero in gabbie di 2×2 metri, chiusi, soli, dimenticati. E per cani che hanno già sofferto l’inferno, questo sarebbe un ulteriore trauma, e per molti di loro, la fine.
Non lasciarli soli. Non lasciarci soli. Con il tuo aiuto possiamo scrivere un nuovo inizio.

Il nostro progetto nasce dall’urgenza di trovare una casa sicura per gli attuali e futuri ospiti a 4 zampe, ma vuole diventare un’opportunità per tutti: per i cani, per le famiglie che li adotteranno e per la comunità.
Con questo spazio vogliamo offrire molto di più di un luogo di accoglienza:
Formazione e supporto per i proprietari di cani: metteremo a disposizione la nostra esperienza nel recupero comportamentale per aiutare famiglie che vivono momenti difficili con i loro animali.
Eventi aperti al pubblico: giornate educative, adozioni del cuore, incontri con educatori cinofili. Il rifugio sarà un luogo aperto, vivo, fatto di relazioni e condivisione.
Volontariato attivo: accoglieremo volontari che vogliono imparare, aiutare o semplicemente donare qualche ora del proprio tempo. Ogni mano in più fa la differenza.
Pensione per cani: se raccoglieremo abbastanza fondi costruiremo anche uno spazio dedicato, gestito da educatori, dove lasciare il proprio cane durante le vacanze o emergenze.
Ma per realizzare tutto questo abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto.

Support the project for the construction of the new Angels with 4 Paws shelter
With our association over the years we have rescued many dogs and helped just as many families find their four-pawed angel.
Unfortunately, soon we will have to leave the place that has been the home of our furry friends; this puts us in a dire situation and risks collapsing everything we have built with sacrifice, love, and determination.
We cannot let this happen, so we have decided to turn this emergency into an opportunity.
We want to move to a new location and, with the experience we’ve built over the years, develop a true model shelter, where we can not only welcome even more dogs and offer them dignified living conditions, but also create a hub for the community, where love for animals becomes a driving force for cultural and social change.
But the costs for building the new shelter are particularly high.
To be able to cover at least part of the expenses, we have set the goal of raising €50,000, but every contribution, even a small one, will be invaluable and will truly help us get closer to making our dream come true.

Angeli a 4 Zampe ODV was founded with the aim of helping all those dogs who, in silence, suffer violence, abandonment, hunger, and pain, too often caused by ignorance and human cruelty.
We are a small association but with a big heart and a clear mission: to save these defenseless souls and restore the dignity they deserve.
Our reality is different from a traditional kennel: we do not keep our guests in cold, dark cages, we welcome them into spacious, green, stimulating environments, where they can learn to trust the world again.
Every dog we welcome tells a story of abuse and resilience, and our work does not end when we make them safe; it begins there: with care, rehabilitation, socialization, respecting their pace.
We welcome them and, when they are ready, we look for families that will love them forever.
Because adopting a dog that has suffered not only means saving a life, but also deeply enriching your own, because caring for a soul that has suffered transforms us profoundly; their unconditional love pushes us to become the most genuine and shining version of ourselves.
Dogs saved from all over Italy (and beyond)
For several years we have been rescuing dogs from all over Italy, especially the South, where the situation is dramatic, and even from Albania, where abandonment, poisoning, and mistreatment are daily plagues.
Every dog we welcome has suffered unspeakably, arriving at us with terrible stories: left for days tied to chains without shelter, beaten, mutilated, thrown in dumpsters or abandoned in critical condition in fields with no food or water.
In our shelter the dogs live outdoors, in green spaces, in an environment as close to a family setting as possible.
Because it’s not enough to keep them alive; we must restore their tranquility, trust, and joy.
A dream on 6,000 sqm to start anew
The new shelter will still be in Varese, on land of over 6,000 sqm: a wide space, surrounded by greenery, that will finally allow us to make long-held dreams come true.
Here’s what we will realize:
Equipped and secure enclosures, where every dog can live freely, socialize, and move without restrictions.
An internal infirmary, equipped to handle emergencies, offer immediate care, and guarantee temporary shelter for the frailest or most critical dogs.
Exercise areas with agility paths, to help dogs regain balance, security, and physical and psychological well-being.
A welcoming area to receive visitors, volunteers, adoptive families, and to organize awareness events, open days, and training sessions.
A space dedicated to behavioral recovery, where we put our experience at the community’s disposal, treating complex cases: phobic, traumatized, aggressive dogs, who are often excluded or euthanized elsewhere.
The headquarters of our association, a coordination point for volunteers and staff, where daily tasks and important matters are addressed and activities and events planned.
We want this shelter to be a lively, useful place, open to those who truly love animals and wish to learn to understand and respect them.
⚠️ The risk is real: without help, we close
The new shelter represents a huge investment, and we, as a small association, cannot do it alone.
Every day we face expenses for medical care, drugs, food, surgery, sterilizations, transport, and much more. Yet, we have never backed down from a call for help.
But this time, without donor support, we will be forced to close the association.
All our hosted dogs would be placed in municipal kennels, ending up in 2×2 meter cages, closed in, alone, forgotten. And for dogs who have already been through hell, this would be further trauma and, for many, the end.
Don’t leave them alone. Don’t leave us alone. With your help, we can write a new beginning.

Our project was born from the urgency of finding a safe home for current and future four-pawed guests, but we want it to become an opportunity for everyone: for the dogs, for the families who will adopt them, and for the community.
With this space, we want to offer much more than a shelter:
Training and support for dog owners: we will make our experience in behavioral recovery available to help families going through difficult times with their pets.
Events open to the public: educational days, heartwarming adoptions, meetings with canine educators. The shelter will be an open, vibrant place, made of relationships and sharing.
Active volunteer work: we will welcome volunteers who wish to learn, help, or simply donate a few hours of their time. Every extra hand makes a difference.
Dog boarding: if we collect enough funds, we will also build a dedicated space, managed by trainers, where you can leave your dog during holidays or emergencies.
But to make all this possible, we need your help.
