<div>Unter den Beklagten ist <strong>Joseph Ratzinger, </strong>emeritiertes Kirchenoberhaupt Benedikt XVI, der sich nun durch LL Hogan, eine der zehn führenden und teuersten wirtschaftsberatenden Anwaltskanzleien der Welt, vor dem Traunsteiner Landgericht in einer Feststellungsklage mit einem<strong> Streitwert von 10 000 Euro verteidigen lässt - gegen ein mittelloses Opfer der Kirche.</strong>

<div>Der Alt-Papst wird neben dem Täter, dem damaligen Erzbischof und dem Ordinariat verklagt, weil er in seiner Amtszeit als Erzbischof von München und Freising den bereits auffällig gewordenen Priester H. in sein Bistum holte. Der Fall zeigt, dass der Missbrauchstäter über zwei Jahrzehnte unter dem Schutz der Kirche Kinder missbrauchte.<strong> Die Verantwortlichkeit geht hoch bis zum Ex-Papst </strong>- und genau das wird erstmals vor einem weltlichen Gericht in Traunstein verhandelt.

<div>Andreas Perr hat kein Geld - aber er will sich durch dieses Machtaufgebot des emeritierten Papstes nicht einschüchtern lassen. In der festen Zuversicht, dass ein weltliches deutsches Gericht ein gerechtes Urteil über Schuld und Verantwortung für diesen Kindesmissbrauch sprechen wird, macht er keinen Rückzieher.

<div><strong>Und wir stehen zu ihm. </strong>Wir, das ist die Initiative Sauerteig aus Garching an der Alz, seinem Heimatpfarrverband. Wir haben uns als Reaktion auf die schrecklichen Vorkommnisse in unserem Ort gegründet. Wir möchten Andreas Perr mit einem deutschlandweiten Crowd-Funding den nötigen finanziellen Rückhalt bieten, damit er weiterhin dem Alt-Papst und seinem Apparat die Stirn bieten kann.

<div>Deshalb ist jeder, der kirchlichen Kindesmissbrauch aufdecken und beenden will, aufgefordert, sich mit einem kleinen oder großen Betrag daran zu beteiligen. Das Crowdfunding soll auch den Verantwortlichen in der Kirche von den Bistümern bis zum Vatikan zeigen, dass wir uns <strong>von teuren Anwaltskanzleien nicht einschüchtern lassen. Mit dem “umgedrehten Peterspfenning”</strong> finanzieren wir eine Bewegung der Gerechtigkeit für die Opfer des sexuellen Missbrauchs.
