Update and info for all that have helped

Hi, my name is Dwaine, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year and had to have time off work as a health care support worker for surgery to remove 2 tumours which as a 0 hours contract  worker wiped out any savings i had and then put me on reduced hours and duties until i could start Immunotherapy for my metastatic melanoma - secondary. The tumours that were removed were found to be secondary cancers and the primary was missing which only happens in 5% of patients diagnosed. I was told that the immunotherapy would help to kill the cells travelling around my body before they take form elsewhere. I then started having mental episodes causing hallucinations and seizures resulting in an emergency MRI where they found that i had a tumour on my temporal lobe causing swelling and hemorrhaging. This tumour is too large and in too dangerous a place to operate on and too large in a dangerous place for normal radiotherapy,  I have been booked in and fitted for stereostatic Radiosurgery of the highest dose for ponpoint accuracy on the tumour to reduce the risk of damaging the area further.I was ordered by the consultant to stop driving and that i could no longer do my job as others lives were in my hand so it was dangerous for me to continue. The company i work for are not at fault here and have and will help me to get back to work as soon as possible and support me as they can through all of this but as i am now not able to work i have no income to provide for my wife and 2 daughters, no savings at all and no way of knowing how i am going to do this without admitting that i need to ask for help. Which is what i am doing now with this. I have always been a proud man, my aim always to help others but now i am in a position where i cannot and need the help myself.
