Mom's Assisted Living Fund

Please help me help my mom get into the assisted living home. My mom is 80 years old and has suffered multiple strokes. She needs full time 24 hour care and I can't afford the cost. Mom is afraid to be home alone while we are working because she needs alot of help to take care of herself and to be able to know when to take her as-needed medicine in case of an emergency. The $24,000 is needed by the assisted living center to cover 16 months of care, which also gives them the time they need in order for my mom to be approved for the additional coverage so that it would never cost any additional money for her lifetime.  My mom saw the place and wants to go there. She will be in a shared room and the staff will make sure she eats and takes her medicine everyday and they will help take care of her.  The place is 5 minutes from where I live. I love my mom very much and I hope someone reading this can help.
