<div>I am Walaa Al-Rafati, a citizen of Gaza, and my family includes my father, Osama, my mother,  brothers, and sisters. Our lives have been devastated by the recent aggression in Gaza, and I lost my job as a kindergarten teacher in October 2023.

<div>My father, Osama, suffers from heart issues and vocal cord problems. After several hospital visits, he was advised to seek specialized treatment abroad, as Gaza lacks necessary medical resources. I have attached pictures of him, hoping for support for his medical expenses and travel.

<div>Today, October 28, marks one year and one month of enduring this crisis—without income, medical care for my father, or basic necessities. My family relies on donations from GoFundMe to cover our expenses, which total $5,000 a month due to the high cost of living in northern Gaza.
