Please save my quality of life

Growing up in Paso Rablos I became a victim of drug addiction, which lead me down a road of destruction. While going down that dark road I began to get horrible tooth problems. Due to having these tooth problems I had a heart attack because of an infection in my tooth. I got a another chance at life. I went to treatment and got clean.  I now have 18 months clean, but my teeth keep getting infected and I don't have the money to get them fixed. I have already had my two top molars pulled out and they won't pull the last bottom molar because I won't be able to chew any food. I need to get it surgically removed and replaced with an implant in order to function as a normal person. Since I have gotten sober, my life has gotten exponentially better. But with these infections that keep happening time and time again, I am afraid for my life. This is a very urgent issue because if I cannot get my teeth fixed quickly, it will get infected again and the potential of having another heart attack is high. I have already tried to go to SOS and they have said there is nothing they can do for me except give me antibiotics. There is no other way to get them fixed besides having the surgery and replacing it with an implant. I have missed a lot of work because of this issue and places like SOS and the ER only wish to give me opiates to deal with the pain instead of fixing the actual issue. Please help me so I can live the life I’ve worked so hard to gain, I fear that all that I have been through a fixable matter like this could perhaps wreck my life or even worse end it.
