I adopted my rescue cat just over 3 years ago. During that time, he became close with my other cat who is about 10 years old. During September, he lost interest in food, subsequently becoming very thin & sickly. He just takes a few bites here & there. After bringing him to my vet in South Jersey 3 times over 4 weeks, Gadget seems to have FIP, a deadly disease unless treatment is successful. He began his treatment this week, but it is incredibly expensive. I am a substitute teacher who is paid barely over minimum wage, without any benefits. Paying for Gadget’s care has made it difficult for me to meet my mortgage payments. Would you please help me save my 3 year old cat? He means everything to me.
