Please Reunite Me with My Baby

Donation protected
Hello,

I am raising money to help my sister-in-law to pay for attorney fees to prevent her losing her four months old daughter to forced adoption based on false accusations made by her abusive ex-partner.

My sister, who is Jewish, had a baby with her non-Jewish boyfriend and unfortunately at the end of pregnancy and especially after the birth things got extremely sour between them.

He got abusive.

Using violence against my sister many times, commiting verbal abuse and ushering threats against her and her family.  He became controlling and violent.

He was threatening her especially about taking away the baby from her care and taking away custody from her for no other reason that to hurt and abuse her.

You must know my sister is a young woman who wouldn't hurt anyone. She is madly in love with her four months old daughter. She is all her life.

For months the abusive ex-partner was calling social services in UK, where they live,  building up a case against her.
He would abuse her physically or verbally and once she was getting really hurt and upset he would record her reaction
on video.
These videos he gave over to Social Services claiming she is "mentally unstable" leaving out the abuse he gave her before.

His claim was that my sister is mentally sick and is not able to raise a child.

There is no recording of her being in any way abusive towards the child.

Once he called police on her and in the end the police ended up taking him away from their house. My sister thought she is safe at last only to experience the worst nightmare a mother can dream of the next day.

The next day the police and Social Services came to collect my sister to a Mental Clinic in a caged police car, claiming she is a threat to herself, and separated her forcefully from her three month old daughter.

Since then she is locked up in the Clinic under false accusations of her ex-partner that she is mentally sick and needs to be in psychiatric care.

There is no way for her to leave the clinic for now.

After some days the doctors saw that she is healthy and wanted to discharge her.
We thought this nightmare is over. But no...

One doctor blocked her discharge for no apparent reason, but the biggest surprise came when we found out who is the "next of kin" and into which care she would be released.
It is the abusive ex-partner who was left with the baby in his care.
It seems like Social Services decided on her behalf that he is the "next relative".
The ex-partner is now of course blocking her release in order to cause her pain and distress and abuse his power.

He himself is not fit at all to raise the child since he has no real home and no income.

Social Services in UK have lots of power and right now the biggest danger isn't even him taking custody all by himself, her being locked up for half a year potentially, him fleeing somewhere else with the baby,....the biggest danger is:
forced adoption.

Once Social Services decide the child should be given into adoption my sister-in-law won't be able to be a mother ever to her baby.
Adoption is irreversible.
Once the process is put in motion she will lose her child forever.

For what? She hasn't done anything wrong....

She is suffering so hard being separated from her baby but has to act normal in order to be discharged from the Mental Clinic. Her greatest fear is to lose her daughter forever...

All she needs right now is the best lawyer she can afford who can end this grave injustice and reunite mother and baby and prevent further escalation and ultimately adoption.

Please help a small baby to go back to her loving mother ... the baby is severely distressed and misses his loving mom.

Thank you from the depths of all our hearts
