Please help with Tamara's Cancer Fight

My wife's mother, Tamara is visiting us from Ukraine.  While here she was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. The Covid virus initially prevented her from returning home. She is now too weak to travel and can not get back to Ukraine. There is no insurance as there is socialized medicine in Ukraine. We are quickly running out of options. Being a non-citizen and no U S. hospitalization insurance, the resources are just not there to help.. Tamara is the best Wife, Mother and Grandmother anyone could ever ask for. Tamara is an absolute angel of a person. Any help would make a difference at this point. Thank you
