Please help us keep Murphy alive

We hate that we are doing this, but we need to ask for help.
Last night our son accidently left the gate open for only a moment and our lab got out and ran right into rush hour traffic. She is so friendly and thinks she can say hi to the people in their cars.
We took her to the vet last night and her leg was completly shatterd up to her shoulder. She has many contousions around her lungs and internal bleeding around her bladder. When she is stable she will most likely need a blood transfusion and she does need her leg amputated.
We dont have current pet insurance and this is going to be so much more than our family can afford. If anyone can help at all that would mean so much.
