Little Luka needs your help

I first saw this baby on Tuesday but when I tried to get near he limped away in to the bushes and I couldn't find him. After leaving our numbers, talking to neighbors and sharing on Facebook, we finally received a call last after from someone who saw him fall asleep in a bed of leaves in their neighbor's garden. Thankfully we were able to scoop him up with a blanket and get him in a crate where we kept him safe and warm over night. This morning the vets were able to start work on him and get to work on trying to save him and show him some love. He is believed to be between 6 and 12months old. He is a little boy and we have given him the name Luka. I know this poor baby doesn't even look like a dog right now, but he has the potential to be helped if enough of us come together to help us give him a chance. Any donation is GREATLY appreciated and we thank you in advance for helping us to help him. (It's hard to tell but his little face is tucked under his tail so what you're seeing is the top of his head here).
He is currently in good hands with people who know what they're doing. He had an awful flea infestation and flea allergy and possibly some mange, a broken leg, and emaciation. He has already started treatment for the flea infestation and has received pain medication. The vets have already started treating his skin and weeping wounds and he seems to be happy being curled up in the lap of the vet tech and being shown affection. He looks AWFUL but he is in the best place possible. Please help us and share if possible.
