On the 19th of August 2025, my beloved big brother Damien (“Heavy D”) tragically passed away. Our family is heartbroken, and I am reaching out for support to give him the farewell he truly deserves.

Damien was a man with a big heart. Behind his rough edges was a gentle giant — a complete gentleman who cared deeply for everyone around him. He had recently been working hard to better himself, setting goals to get healthier and spending his days with his loyal dog Daphne, who was the absolute love of his life.

Over the past two years, Damien came back into my life, and I will forever cherish the late-night chats, early morning calls, and all the laughs we shared. He was a blessing, a pain in the butt at times, but above all, my brother and my friend.

He deserves a service that reflects the amazing, kind, and caring man he truly was — celebrating his life, not just remembering his struggles.
