<div>Please Help Us Give Danielle the Gift of Time
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Danielle is 42.
</div>
<div>She is a wife.
</div>
<div>She is a mum to two children aged 9 and 12.
</div>
<div>She is everything to her family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In July 2023, she collapsed at home after a sudden seizure. Her children ran for help. CPR saved her life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A week later, she was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By Christmas, we were told the truth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Grade 4 Glioblastoma. Terminal. Incurable.
</div>
<div>12–14 months to live if limited to NHS treatment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since then, Danielle has endured two brain surgeries, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, relentless seizures, and life-altering complications — all while trying to protect her children from how serious this really is.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For nearly two years, scans gave us hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now the tumour is growing again. Fast.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Her latest MRI shows aggressive regrowth, including a 2cm mass formed in just three months. There are no further surgical options available on the NHS.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are running out of time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Only Option Left
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Danielle has been referred for DCVax-L, a personalised immunotherapy vaccine designed to help the immune system recognise and fight brain tumour cells.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is not available on the NHS.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The treatment costs around £120,000 for the first year, with further immune-supportive therapies, monitoring, and private care potentially bringing the total cost of treatment to up to £250,000.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thanks to the incredible kindness of family, friends, and strangers over the past two years, £112,000 has already been raised through GoFundMe and other fundraising efforts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Of this, around £44,000 has already been used for Danielle’s ongoing private treatments, immunotherapy, travel, accommodation in London, and supportive therapies.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Danielle currently has £64,000 available to start the DCVax-L vaccine manufacturing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This means Danielle can begin the process — something we are deeply grateful for — but much more funding is still needed to continue the treatment and give it the best possible chance to work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We need a total of £186,000. Danielle also wants to have some immune boosting therapies which will enhance the effect of the vaccine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This treatment is not a cure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But it could mean:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>More birthdays.
</div>
<div>More school runs.
</div>
<div>More bedtime stories.
</div>
<div>More ordinary days that suddenly mean everything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Danielle’s children have already watched their mum collapse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They are just 9 and 12.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brian is preparing for a future no husband should ever have to imagine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We refuse to accept that this is the end of her story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can donate — please do.
</div>
<div>If you can’t — please share.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Help us give Danielle what she is fighting so hard for.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>More time.
