Please Help Us Flee Our Current Apartment

We really need your help, for the sake of our health and our pets' health. In November of 2023, we notified our apartment complex that we found signs of black mold. We had been getting random headache and coughing fits. It was growing all over the inside of our laundry room due to our AC unit leaking, which we had warned maintenance about for months. Instead of taking us seriously, they just told us that was normal. All they did was have a man come and wipe down the walls with bleach.

And guess what! The mold is still coming back yippee! We notified them January 1st that we are breaking our lease. They are charging us 2 months worth of rent on top of us having to pay rent for this month. We cannot afford that, and for our health we really need to get out.
