QUINTUPLETS SURVIVAL

Donation protected
Hello my name is Ifeoma Oguagha, registered nurse in the state of New Jersey. I come to you appealing for funds on behalf of a woman in Africa. As a nurse and mother, I was moved and concerned when I heard her story. On Sunday July27th2018, a 29 yr old woman Mrs Helen Odoh gave birth to quintuplets in Nigeria( 4boys1girl). Birth of a child is supposed to bring joy to the mother and family but in  this case Helen is stricken with FEAR and UNCERTAINTY.  This was a surprise, she thought she was carrying twins but on the day of delivery they were 5. Helen is a native of Ovoko town Nsukka but she lives in NNEWI with her husband. She is a dress maker and her husband a tricyclist transporter( keke na pepe). Both are on minimum wage income and below poverty level. She already had 4 children before the quintuplets so they are now family of 11( eleven). With this picture in mind I am appealing to anyone who is touched to support this woman. There is so much at stake to ensure that these babies survive.
Goals 1. To ensure survival of these babies.
Infant mortality rate is very high in Africa
2. Prevent malnutrition
3.Provide adequate shelter, good ventilation and prevent airborne diseases.
4.Ensure these babies get proper immunization against preventable childhood diseases.
5. Alleviate feeling of  FEAR and HOPELESSNESS in the mother which can make  her vulnerable to exploitation/ selling her babies.
6. Prevent illegal adoption/ selling BABIES/ sex trade.
