PLEASE help this loving boy!

Rha Rha is a 5yo male pit. He was dumped off on his owner as a puppy, by her son. She is elderly, and incapable of providing proper care. I became aware of him some months ago, and have been trying to rehome him ever since.

Rha Rha has NOT been intentionally abused, but unintentionally very neglected. He has only ever been off his yard chain once. He has never had ANY vet care. So though he is free to take, the upfront cost could be high. Thats part of why ive made no progress rehoming him. I cant find any organization willing to help without him first getting some basic vet care. The estimate for a house call was 400, and even together the owner, and i cant afford that.

Ive been trying for months to help this poor guy, with no success. If i cant find him a proper home i at least want to build him a better shelter before he has to suffer another winter with very poor shelter. I dont have the funds for materials to do that either. Im a single dad of three, and only have some VA disability as income.

Id rather some good hearted, dedicated person just take him in, than beg for money to help make that happen. So if you want him, or know someone who does, we can skip the fundraising altogether.
